If you are a veteran, come join us as we celebrate the Solar Eclipse at Veterans HEART Resource Center.

As you may know, solar eclipses are rare and awe-inspiring events that bring people together to witness the beauty of nature. We believe that organizing such an event would not only provide a unique experience for the veterans but also foster camaraderie and community spirit among them.

Here’s a brief outline of our proposed event:

Date: April 8, 2024
Time: 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Location: Veterans HEART Resource Center, 357 North Main Street, Suite 1, Butler, PA 16001

Purpose: To observe and celebrate the solar eclipse while enjoying a cookout and socializing with fellow veterans.

Activities:

1. Solar Eclipse Viewing: We will provide appropriate eye protection and telescopes for safe viewing of the solar eclipse.
2. Cookout: BBQ cookout with food and refreshments for all attendees.

We believe that this event aligns well with the mission of the Veterans HEART Resource Center to support and empower veterans in our community. It offers an opportunity for veterans to come together in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, strengthening bonds and fostering a sense of belonging.
